Covid-19 NGO Consultation

In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the NSIF is currently preparing a post-lockdown response to the financial and operational challenges NGOs are likely to face in the delivery of their programmes/ projects and of national programmes.

The Covid-19 crisis will have unprecedented economic ramifications. Nonetheless, the Foundation reiterates its commitment to support NGOs in the implementation of their programmes/projects and of national programmes such as to maintain the much-needed services and support to beneficiaries.

In order to allow us to better respond to emerging needs, problems and challenges resulting from the Covid-19 crisis, we are inviting views and
suggestions from NGOs registered with the NSIF on the following themes.

  1. At the organisational level: How are operations affected? What financial and operational adjustments are needed to ensure continuity of services/activities and any support that may be required?
  2. At the sectoral level: Are the needs of beneficiaries likely to evolve and what strategies/measures are required to adapt to those needs in the short to medium term?

Replies are to be sent by email at [email protected] by Thursday 7 May 2020.
