The National Social Inclusion Foundation (NSIF), established by Government in December 2016, is the Central Body for receiving and allocating public funds to NGOs. The Foundation operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Integration, Social Security and National Solidarity.

Following Budget 2019/2020, a measure was announced for the setting up of a Fortified Learning Environment Unit (FLEU) under the NSIF to implement programmes and projects at national level to address the educational challenges facing vulnerable children, mostly in poverty areas.

The Foundation is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the following posts on a contractual basis in the Fortified Learning Environment Unit:

  1. Programme Manager
  2. Capacity Building Manager
  3. Health and Wellbeing Manager

Qualified candidates should submit their application on the prescribed Application Form which can be obtained from the Secretariat of the Foundation or downloaded below.

Applicants are advised to carefully read the “NOTES AND INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES” before filling in the Application Form.

The duly completed Application Form accompanied by photocopies of certificates, testimonials and a copy of the National Identity Card should be sent by registered post to:
