NGO Staff Recognition Scheme

To reward the valuable contribution of long serving staff members in NGOs, the National Social Inclusion Foundation (NSIF) has established an NGO Staff Recognition Scheme open to retiring staff having attained the age of 60.

Selected staff members are awarded a Recognition Certificate and a cash grant of Rs 50,000.

  • The salary of the staff should have been funded from NSIF funds.
  • The NGO should produce written evidence for the above and certify that the staff has worked for the required period.
