The National Social Inclusion Foundation (NSIF) is the central body to receive and allocate public funds to NGOs. It operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Integration, Social Security and National Solidarity.

The Foundation has recently embarked on a digitalisation project of its core and non-core functions to improve efficiency and quality of service. In this regard, the NSIF invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of a turnkey integrated information system (supply, customisation, installation, commissioning) and post Go-Live support.
