Registration of Potential Suppliers
The National CSR Foundation is presently compiling a list of
potential suppliers who wish to be registered as potential suppliers for goods,
works and services for the following items:
| 1. Office Furniture | 7. Paper and Paper product (photocopy paper, Tissue paper, toilet paper) | 13. Books, magazines and periodicals | 19. Job/Registered contractors |
| 2. Computer hardware and consumables | 8. Hardware Shops (Quincaillerie) | 14. Security services | 20. Audio Visual and Photo Services |
| 3. E- marketing Services and advertising. | 9. Catering services | 15. Sound System | 21. Binding Services |
| 4. Office Equipment | 10. Pest control specialists | 16. Plumbing,Electrical,and Aircon Services. | 22. Interior Decorators |
| 5. Design and Printing works | 11. Cleaning services | 17. Plumbing Services | 23. Software providers |
| 6. Stationery | 12. Hygiene services | 18. Electrical and electronic accessories and equipment | 24. Any other goods not listed above (Please specify) |
- Interested parties should submit a detailed profile of their enterprise on the registered forms downloaded or obtainable at the Finance Section, National CSR Foundation, 6th Floor, Garden Tower, La Poudrière Str, Port-Louis.
- The attention of the applicants is hereby drawn to the fact that National CSR Foundation has no contractual obligation towards them and this shall not entitle them to become exclusive providers of goods and services to National CSR Foundation.
- Registration Form duly completed, should be addressed to the Secretary General , 6th Floor, National CSR Foundation, Garden Tower, La Poudrière Str, Port-Louis, not later than Friday 29 March 2019 at 1500 hrs. Forms received after the prescribed date and time shall not be considered.
