Introduction

The NSIF is pleased to invite proposals from eligible NGOs/NPOs for the setting up and running of Creches targeting children aged 3 months to 3 years from low-income families.

This Special Call under the Fortified Learning Environment (FLE) National Programme aims at expanding access to quality early childhood care and services for vulnerable groups at community-based level.
